Avocado Pudding (after day 7)

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp filtered water
- 1 Pinch Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Add water as needed to help move the pudding.
- Good stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 48 hours. If the pudding separates, just stir back together.
