Summer Heirloom Tomato Basil Salad
Ingredients
- 3-4 ripe heirloom tomatos mix'em up
- 8 cups arugula choose your greens
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup balsamic reduction
- 1/4-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tsp celtic sea salt
- cracked pepper
- micro greens
Notes
Cut the tomatoes, destem and chop the basil, reduce the balsamic paste the arugula, layer with tomatoes, generously sprinkle the basil, dress with olive oil and balsamic reduction. Sprinkle micro grass and add salt and pepper to taste.
