Hearts of Palm Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cup red butter lettuce
- 3 cup watercress
- ¼ cup Citrus Vinaigrette
- 1 cup hearts of palm
- ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup tangerines
- ½ avocado
- 4 radish
- ½ cup haricots verts
- ⅓ cup microgreens
Instructions
- Toss lettuce and watercress in the citrus vinaigrette dressing. Layer with hearts of palm, tomatoes, tangerines and avocados. Top with radishes, haricots verts, and microgreens and add your favorite protein.
