Directions● Chop onions into ¼ inch rounds.● Finely mince shallots.● Warm the oil in a pan over medium heat.● Add the onions and caramelize and set aside. In the same pan saute the mushroomsuntil they are done. Make sure to drain well before mixing with the onions.● Season the meat generously with your favorite seasoning , like granulated garlic, cumin, dried herbs.● Form the meat into burger patties and salt and pepper.● Grill the burgers over medium heat between 5-8 minutes depending on meat choice.
