Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 cup romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup roasted red pepper
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup red onions thinly sliced
  • 1 English cucumber, cut lengthwise, seeded, and sliced ¼ inch thick
  • ½ cup pepperchinis
  • cup pitted kalamata olives
  • cup fresh mint leaves
  • cup fresh dill
  • ¼ cup Greek dressing

Instructions
 

  • Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl toss with dressing - add your favorite protein on top.
