Melissa will start this special class with a flowing sequence to warm you up most of class will involve a few postures with extended holds to relax and restore for a mind body experience. Final savasana will end with a guided meditation. The room will be warm but not hot, accessible to beginners and advance yoga practitioners. Class will be set to music and candle light.
